We understand that your card has been declined. Not to worry we can offer an alternative. Since our apartments are offering a self check-inn service to lower the cost and the price we are in need to cover our assets with one off payment which is returnable on the departure day. We normally take your card details to freeze the deposit amount. If this fails we can either take the higher payment by paypal ( the fee isn't adjustable - this is your entire liability as opposed to card payments) or send a member of staff and cover his working cost which was not originally included in the apartment payment.
- first option is remote deposit
- second is when you require a member of staff to come on site ( then you can do card payment without need for a memmber of staff to come back) OR
- make a cash deposit payment where you will require a member of staff to come twice ( once to collect and second time to return your deposit to you)
